Standard facilities: every apartment disposes of dishes, dish towels, coffee machine, microwave, water boiler, toaster, hairdryer, bedclothes, towels and a safe. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.

Price info’s

All prices are meant per apartment and day including electricity, heating, dishes, bed clothing and final cleaning (bed clothes are changed once a week).

The shown prices do not include the 2,80 Euros touristic tax that has to be paid directly at the Residence and is meant per person (starting at the age of 14) per day.

Pets:
15,00 Euros a day (feeding excluded)

Your dog is welcome with prior arrangement. Please bring its own bed and blanket. Cats are not allowed.

Breakfast:
15,00 Euros a day
Children under the age of 3 years – free breakfast
Children under the age of 9 years – 8,00 Euros
Children under the age of 14 years – 10,00 Euros

Reservations:
To confirm the reservation of your holiday apartment in Maranza we ask you to pay a deposit of 200,00 Euros a week.

Arrival:On the day of arrival the apartment is ready for occupancy from 13:30.
On Sunday, the arrival can only take place from 16:00.
An arrival earlier is also possible by telephone agreement.

If an arrival before 18:00 clock is not possible, we ask for telephone notification.

Departure: to guarantee a smooth change of apartment we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment before 9:30 am.

For stays up to three days we charge prices listed as high season.

Cancellation policy:

No cancellation fees will be applied, if your are cancelling 6 weeks prior your arrival. After 6 weeks your earnest money will be credited towards your next holidays at the Speckerhof. The credit is valid for 1 year. Cancellations 15 days before your arrival will be withold by your earnest money. If you cancel your holidays 14 days before your arrival 80% of your total stay will be charged. These conditions are also applied in case of any changes of your arrival or departure dates, such as early departure or late arrival. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Cancellation Cover

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially protected. Secure yourself and take out our travel cancellation insurance right now. The insurance must be taken out at the same time as the journey is booked. If the insurance is not taken out at the same time as the journey is booked, the cover for trip cancellation benefits does not start until the 10th day following conclusion of insurance.
